Every time you tee it up at Millennium Lakes you are treated to fascinating wildlife. Our lakes are home to beautiful species of wetland birds which are often just a few feet away from you near to a green, tee box or fairway bunker. Most spectacular of all though, is the possibility of seeing a caiman. These magnificent creatures are visible at the water's edge during the early morning and late afternoon hours. In some instances, you get the treat of seeing one sunning himself on the banks of one of our lakes. While we don't suggest trying to retrieve your ball in any one of the lakes, the caiman do not act aggressively to people. In fact, they quickly slip back under the water once they have noticed you.
